I'm gonna go out on a huge limb here and say #12. is Firefly. I know I'm probably really wrong, but every time I read it, that's the first thing that comes to mind...

Date: 2010-04-26 12:18 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] sparkfrost.livejournal.com
You were absolutely right! There were a couple of available summaries for Firefly, I chose that one because it was less obvious. (The first one mentioned a hooker, a preacher, a man who wears Hawaiian shirts, etc...)

Date: 2010-04-27 12:12 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] moku-youbi.livejournal.com
yeah, the one listing all their professions is way too obvious. Honestly, I think the only reason I thought of Firefly is because I'm writing a Firefly au, so my mind was in that place already. Oh Joss, you like being so vague...

I think #8 is Sex in the City and #17 is King's Quest 4
#18 might be Paprika, but I'm only guessing. and I think 13 sounds sort of like Mad Men.

You got King's Quest and Mad Men, but #8 and #18 are wrong. The woman do important things, silly! :-P
